These ovens are equipped with a pyrolitic self-cleaning system besides the standard functions of the collections Cascina and Classic. This function consists in bringing the temperature of the oven over 450°C to burn every residue inside it. The oven is supplied with an electronic programmer, easy to use, to set the starting and the stopping time of baking.
